FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT TIME ARE THE SERVICES?

    We offer two services, the first at 9am and the second at 11am.

  • WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

    We recommend coming in at least 15 minutes before service to ensure you have plenty of time to meet people, drop off the kids, grab a free cup of coffee in our cafe, etc.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I VISIT AT THE CROSS LOGANVILLE?

    We understand how challenging it can be to feel at home in a new place. At The Cross, we want your visit to be enjoyable.


    We will have volunteers stationed outside directing cars and traffic for you to safely find a parking spot. Once you get inside the front doors, we will have greeters ready to meet you, give you any information you may want about The Cross and our services, and will be able to direct you were to sign your kids in, get a free cup of coffee, and find a seat.


    You will have an opportunity to engage in worship as our worship team delivers dynamic, high-energy praise and worship that balances new worship choruses with well-known, well-loved songs of praise. You will hear life-transforming teaching based on solid, biblical principles that are presented in innovative and creative ways. Our goal is to inspire you, equip you, refresh you and energize you for the week ahead.

  • WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ATTEND THE CROSS?

    You will find here people of all walks of life, ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds welcome here. We aren’t looking to gather a crowd of the same types of people, but rather we desire to partner with ANYONE who has a heart to see the name of Jesus Christ lifted above every other. We really believe our motto when we say that your story matters here, both to us and to God.

  • HOW SHOULD I DRESS? CASUAL OR 'CHURCHY'?

    We don't have a dress code! Jeans or suit coat - it doesn't matter! Be yourself!

  • WHAT DO YOU HAVE FOR MY KIDS?

    Your kids will absolutely love it! In fact, nine times out of ten, children have so much fun that they are the ones who bring their parents back for return visits. Go to Next Gen page in the menu. For Birth through 3rd grade, click Cross Kids. Check out Little Ones for your birth to 5 years old, and 23 for your K - 3rd graders. For older kids, go to Cross Student Ministries. Your kids (4th - 6th graders) will really love Mission 456 at 11:00 am in the our classroom on the cafe side every Sunday. 7th -12th grade students meet together Wednesday nights at 7 pm for powerful praise and worship followed by relevant, real messages designed to meet their particular issues.   • HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

    You'll never run out of things to get involved in at The Cross! In addition to our weekend services, we encourage you to try one of our small groups that each meet at different times through out the week. There are a host of other ministries to be involved in as well. All of these things are a great way to get connected with others at The Cross. We also offer a number of volunteer ministries and opportunities to help out both here at The Cross and in our community.   • HOW DO I BECOME A PARTNER AT THE CROSS?

    Partnership at The Cross involves attending the Cross Connect Partnership class. The class is offered at various times throughout the year and affords you the opportunity to learn about The Cross Loganville's vision and mission. You'll learn about the philosophy and doctrine of the church, how the church began and what the future vision is for The Cross.

  • WHERE DO I GO FOR INFORMATION OR IF I HAVE A QUESTION?

    At the back of the Worship Center (right next to the front entrance to the room) is our Connect Center. We have great volunteers there ready to answer any questions you might have. Or just visit one of our volunteers at the first time visitor's station.
