After experiencing church hurt, we was hesitant to involve ourselves in another church body. However, the Cross quickly moved from a place we just attended on Sundays to a true home for our family. Through our time at the Cross, we have experienced seasons of joy, but also seasons of serious personal hardship. During those times, our family here rallied around us in ways we have never seen or experienced, with people we hadn’t even met filling every one of our needs. We have a community here that doesn’t shy away from hard moments but instead meets them with unwavering support, prayer and compassion. There is a wave of acceptance you feel when you walk in the doors, a breath of fresh air that we look forward to every time we step inside. It’s an absolute privilege to raise my children in a place where they can experience that too. Attending the Cross, we are constantly reminded that we truly never walk alone, and it is evident the Lord’s love is lived out through the people here. We couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

The Cross means Home to me. The way that the people of The Cross love on each other and jump in to help when there is a need, radiates the love of Jesus. Pastor Tim and his sweet wife Barb are amazing.  They are willing and available to reach out to for direction, prayer and support. Tim and the amazing staff, preach and teach biblical truth and the worship team is amazing.  We have met amazing people that have become family to us.  They have filled needs and holes we never knew we even had. There is a place for everyone at The Cross.  It has been life changing for us.  This church is my family and I am so thankful that one day we decided to try a service at The Cross. If you are looking for a church home, I would highly suggest giving The Cross a try.

"My family began attending church at The Cross Loganville in April of 2022. We chose it for its location but stayed because of everything else! The Lead Pastor Tim and Executive Pastor Dustin are phenomenal at teaching in a way that really makes you understand the word and the worship team is greater than words! I can't get through a single time of worship without crying, in a good way. Having three small children was a concern at first because I had never attended and wasn't sure about leaving my kids but that fear was immediately squashed when I met the leader of the Children's Ministry, Rachel. Sign in is a breeze and all of the teachers are other moms who attend the church as well, many have become great friends. I've even joined the volunteer team and love serving with the little ones from time to time. There is such an amazing sense of community and so many extras and groups to join in on and get involved. There is a space for everyone and that's why I love being a partner at The Cross Loganville."

I’ve known for many years that “everything changes when you change your perspective” and on Father’s Day of 2022 my perspective of what a church family ,where everyone’s story matters looks like. To be greeted by pastor Tim and others 5 minutes after walking through the doors is unheard off these days and it gave my wife and I, a sense of belonging! Pastor Tim preaches “truth” straight out of the Bible and no matter where your walk is with Christ it is relevant to every individual. Everyone there treats you like family and after a year of worshiping ,my wife and I feel that our family has expanded. One year ago while walking to the car after our 1st visit we “prayed,decided and choose” this is where we belong. Now we are both living out our “why” with some amazing followers of Christ.
