It’s easy to become crossed-up in so many aspects of life. Crossed-Up Counseling Ministry is created with the expressed desire to help you find freedom from your brokenness and wounds which has continued to hold you in bondage. It is launched with the purpose of helping you find restoration, healing, and freedom. In Luke 4, Jesus launched his public ministry by declaring his mission from Isaiah 61:1, which is states:
“… He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.” (NASB)
Crossed-Up is designed to carry out this mission through a formal counseling process. Think of it as a journey of self-discovery as we walk together through whatever may have you crossed-up. We will work with you to find healing, freedom, and restoration made possible through the finished works of Jesus Christ. Crossed-Up Counseling Ministry models an approach called Four Streams, through which the process will flow:
1. Deliverance – Cleaning the soul those things that have held you in bondage
2. Healing – Restoring the soul to wholeness. Seeking the presence of Jesus to find healing from wounds, brokenness, and trauma
3. Counseling – Anchoring the soul in truth. Acknowledging God’s presence through the process and integrating Christian theology with psychology in a way that will help you build strength spiritually and mentally with the hope of helping restore you to wholeness.
4. Discipleship – Strengthening the soul. Helping you to learn to walk in Freedom and with God and helping you discover ways stay in freedom through new habits, skills, and/or disciplines
Here at The Cross Loganville, we declare your story matters because it matters to God. No matter where your story has taken you and no matter your struggle, whether it’s individual or in your marriage or family, and whether you’ve been abused, abandoned, neglected, or rejected; shamed or guilted, our desire to walk with you to discover the true hope, joy, love, and peace through Jesus Christ, allowing you to walk in freedom.
